He took the time to find the car exactly like I wanted. He got my information the night before the car arrived and had multiple finance options ready for when I arrived the next day. He went over the financial options an explain which one would be best for me depending on my payment plans. He was not trying to rob me of anything with his honesty. I do plan on buying any future Toyota car from him again. The only problem I had was when it came to signing the paperwork’s at the finance department. The guy helping me was rushing me and being rude after I declined any extended warranty. I was trying to read the paperworks carefully before I sign anything and was giving me an attitude about it. He wouldn’t have me his business card when I asked for it at the end, probably scared that I would report him. Then I called their finance department a few days later to check if all my paperwork went through the guy helping me was also being rude and did not even listen to what questions was or what I was calling for. He just told me to call Toyota 800 number instead. When I called back and gave him a attitude For wrongly directing me he finally listened to me and turnout he was the one who could’ve helped me in the first place. Overall I had a great experience buying my car from Jeremy. More
