On the day of my appointment I arrived and was greeted. Mark at the service center helped me. He was really good. Ensured I would be taken care of. And they even ordered a Lyft ride for me back to my house free. Pretty cool. Mark also stayed in constant communication with me throughout the day. When I came to pickup my vehicle he remembered my name, and my vehicle....i was surprised because they were so packed that day and I'm sure he saw a lot of customers. He went over the work that was done with me and then had my car washed before u left. I really loved when I bought my 4runner last year....but knowing that the dealership is there to ensure your vehicle needs are met makes it even better. Ive always been weary of dealerships because of past experiences but this dealership has given me a new view. Highly recommend this dealership and see Mark if you can! More
