Elk Grove Toyota Review I had less than a pleasant experience but, Chris saved the day with his professional manner & sparkling personality. He explained what the hold up was & fortunately I was able to rearrange my schedule & everything worked out stellar. I arrived on time for my appointment, 10 minutes early in fact. I was told it would be an hour & a half wait. Well that time came & as it turns out the wrong oil was put in my car. That had to be drained. I ended up spending just over two hours there. For an oil change, air filter & 2 bulbs to be changed. I was told my vehicle was ready & it wasn’t. This time it was due to a design of my vehicle & bulb placement. It was just one of those days. Nothing anyone could do so I waited & rolled with it. Chris was so helpful & I could see he genuinely felt bad about the situation & I refuse to shoot the messenger. More

Had a alternator installed on my 2011 Corolla. Had my vehicle towed the night before to the dealership. When i arrived the next morning, they got me in right away. the service people were friendly Had my vehicle towed the night before to the dealership. They (Anthony) called me a few hours later with an estimate and had my car ready by noon the next day. The whole experience was awesome and Anthony even worked with me on the cost.
