Great Experience and Lowest Cost in Greater Sacramento Area I did my research and e-mailed ALL Toyota dealers in the greater Sacramento area searching for a 2018 4Runner and the Internet sales person (Pete John I did my research and e-mailed ALL Toyota dealers in the greater Sacramento area searching for a 2018 4Runner and the Internet sales person (Pete Johnson) was the only person who was responsive and interactive via e-mail. Based on my experience, all other dealers kept pressuring me to show up in person before they can share anything which defeats the purpose of online shopping. Nai Saechao (the finance manager) was professional and straight forward. At the end, we drove 40 minutes away from home passing 2 other dealers to get a great car for a great price. More

Diagnostic I had an original scheduled appointment for June 2, but the receptionist was able to squeeze me in that same day. That was a plus at first. I arri I had an original scheduled appointment for June 2, but the receptionist was able to squeeze me in that same day. That was a plus at first. I arrived at my scheduled appointment. Some greeted me and took my mileage but it took forever to see an advisor. I noticed that a bunch of the advisors were just sitting there on their phones talking to each other. I finally got called in and Mark was helpful. My car stayed over night. However my diagnostic was done the same day. I got an email, but no one ever called me to come get my car or discuss the problem. I called the next morning to make sure it was ready to be picked up. I arrived and paid, and someone drove my car up and just left it unattended. Someone could have easily drove off with it. What got me even more pissed off with the terrible service, was that when I came home I noticed my license plate was broken and bent half way, like something got caught in it and bent it backwards. I called the receptionist and she said Saturday there are no managers in. Please leave a message. I have to wait till Monday now for someone to respond. More
