When I had to deal with the actual dealer in Elk Grove I was getting the run around and got told conflicting things which in turn created a two week waiting period to get an an appointment I didn't need and was getting the run around and got told conflicting things which in turn created a two week waiting period to get an an appointment I didn't need and was told I could take my car directly to the collision center! Fortunately once I got to the collision center I'm now able to right a great review about the collision center! Not leading up to that though. At the collision center Kelli was absolutely amazing!! She was very knowledgeable about everything! She explained the entire process very thoroughly!!!! I typically ask a lot of questions but she answered them before I could even ask. I was very pleased with my experience at the collision center. I have not a single complaint. Car was even repaired for the estimated time frame. Again very smooth experience and I can appreciate that. As for the dealership getting things going to get to the collision center those ladies need to be educated on their company process so each person that answers the phone doesn't give different info or have people wait weeks for an appointment then be told they don't need the appointment. I'm very glad Kelli was able to turn my view of the experience around. Thank you Kelli! Job well done More

I talked to these guys about coupon that I lost and they gave considered. I iked that gesture. I still suggest to change the system and do points system instead of paper coupon.
