Awesome Sales Experience I visited Elk Grove Toyota intent on purchasing one particular vehicle. It was quickly (and painfully) apparent that I did not fit into the vehicle I I visited Elk Grove Toyota intent on purchasing one particular vehicle. It was quickly (and painfully) apparent that I did not fit into the vehicle I wanted without tilting my head forty-five degrees towards the driver's side window. My sales associate, Samir Kahn, was very patient and listened to every requirement I had when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. After viewing the vehicles on the lot, I decided not to make a purchase that particular day. Five days later, I received a text from Samir (with video) of a vehicle that matched my wish list to a "T." I drove up to Elk Grove that day, and returned home in my new Tundra. Throughout the entire sales process, Samir was an active listener, always polite and ready to assist me in any way possible. I receive many compliments on my Tundra, and I am quick to include positive comments about my purchase experience at Elk Grove Toyota as well. More

First, Scott Nannini gave me a quote by email in a timely manner as I requested. He gave me a fair quote comparing with others and when I came, he greeted me right away then asked James McGaha to help me because he was with a customer. James came with a big smile and he was very pleasant from the beginning to the end of my purchase of a new Corolla. Naturally, I had to bargain here and there but he was straightforward with me, no hidden games. I liked that. My had a totally different experience this time. James was persuasive, of course, but I didn't feel any pressure like I had before. The paperwork was done by Lee Saeteune. I was surprised at his professional handling and the new technology nowadays. So convenient and best of all, everything was on the table serving as a monitor screen. Wow! Like James, Lee was very helpful and the whole process was a breeze. I love it. Finally, James greeted me again to deliver the car. Very pleasantly, indeed. This dealership damaged my brand new car while being serviced. They had offered to repair the damages ONLY if I took it back to them. I live almost 200 miles away, there is no way I can afford to miss work, spend money on gas and put extra mileage on my car for what they did. No compensation at all and it was a NO for local repair shops to repair my car because it was too expensive for them. Tried to get a hold of the GM but the excuse was he is out of the office.... I will not do business with this dealership in future nor recommend this dealership to others. The MOTTO here is : I don't care what happens now that I've got your money. I regret not going to Folsom Toyota. More
