Unexpected, but great experience! Went to the dealership to check out the RAV4 as we were planning on renting that type of vehicle on vacation. Long happened to be walking by and offered to show it to us.. It was a little small so we asked to see a Highlander. Long was very accommodating. He showed us a few models and went over all the features, etc. He was very pleasant and not a bit pushy as we hadn't come to purchase a car to begin with. We left, but returned a couple days later to test drive the Highlander. That SUV is so nice and roomy, handles well and is a smooth ride not to mention all the great features. Love the back up camera! Long, Steve and Nai all worked with us to give us a good deal. This is our third Toyota purchased from this dealership. All of the staff that we dealt with during the process was great! More

Let's just say one of the reasons it was that long was I dreaded the buying experience after that last purchase. But after my experience this past weekend buying a new truck from James McGaha now makes me look at buying new vehicles in an all new positive light. It started with email correspondence with James on inventory and price inquires. Once I got a combo of price and inventory I liked from James I came in. It was a busy morning and James was already busy with two other customers, but he kept checking in on me to see if I needed anything while I waited. I was allowed to walk the lot at Elk Grove Toyota as I was waiting for James to finish with another customer and I was not bothered once by another salesman except to ask if I needed anything while I wait. Once James was done with the other customer he promptly helped me through every step of the process. Not once did I deal with another person which was refreshing. I was not passed off once and James was very laid back and accommodating the whole way while I pondered my financing options. Was out of there after only a coup,e hours once we sat down to finish the deal and paperwork start to finish. Signed all final paper work with Debbie Jaynes and she was terrific as well. Didn't mind answering all my questions and laid out all the details in a clear friendly manner. Was not rushed one bit. Best new car buying experience I have ever had.
