He listened to my request for a specific vehicle (including all aspects - model, color, specs) and found that vehicle for me even when it was 100 miles away. An appointment was set up to have me come in at a mutually convenient day and time and when I arrived, my vehicle was waiting and ready for me. I was in and out in just shy of 3 hours (short for a typical buying process!). Jeremy answered all my questions and offered his expertise on leasing vs. buying, helping me make an informed decision. I couldn't be more pleased with the help and service I received, as well as my new vehicle, an amazing new Rav4. Even the finance and backend process was so pleasant with Debbie.
