Arrived and he had the car pulled up and waiting for us. He gave us a thorough tour and we went inside his office to take care of business. He wasn't pushy and we agreed on the terms. He had all the paperwork ready and we were ready to go. Bill took care of some minor details, filled the gas up. Customer relations Bluetooth my wife's phone and gave us the run down of the features. Nai actually came out and help us take some pictures of us and our new car. He even brought us refreshments. New car buying had never been so relax and easy. (Having a salesperson breathing down my neck, tends to change my mind about buying ANYTHNG). Then, with almost perfect timing, a salesman approached me, asking if he could help. He asked me pertinent questions, which helped me make my decision. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt assisted, not coerced. I left with a car that filled my wants, and fit into my budget. Yaaah! More
