Contrary to my prior belief that dealership service dept.'s were way over-priced, I had shopped around after our warranties had expired and found that not to be the case - their service pricing was fair. Their customer lounge is top-notch (and very clean). We have found their sales rep.'s to be knowledgable & well-trained, and most of all - not pushy (what we hate more then anything!). Buying our Highlander there over 4 years ago was the best car purchase experience that my wife & I have had in over 30 years of car-buying. We would like for them to carry a broader selection of used vehicles. We tried to buy our daughter a used car there a couple of years ago but the choices were few in our price range. More

I had Nissan Sentra for over 6 years, But I had lot of problems with it in past 6 years, very time I go to dealer, some new problem arises. Basically I was fed up. Not only that This time Nissan wanted to sell me Altima. But I think over and over. But Guess What? I came to Toyota. Mr Curtis Jare Came to me and he was very friendly. He was in his 50's but highly active. His quality of work was excellent, he showed me every single car that I can Imagine and then he funnel down to the best car I like. everybody from sales person to Finance guy and then Lesley (who was super awesome to connect my Iphone with car's Bluetooth) were Unique. I dont have a words to describe. If Curtis was active and Smart, Finance guy was Professional and soft. Lesley was technical and good employee. Bottom Line I got a excellent Car deal from Excellent Dealer, who has Excellent Employees. Thanks More
