We started going to this dealership mainly for service first because of a horrible experience with another Toyota dealership. They took care of our old Prius V and our iM. Then we decided to trade in first because of a horrible experience with another Toyota dealership. They took care of our old Prius V and our iM. Then we decided to trade in our old Prius for a new Prius Prime. We worked with Jeremy back then and the process have been smooth. They matched the trade-in CarMax offered and got us the best deal out of all other Toyota dealerships we reached out to. Now about two years later, we reached out to Jeremy again and with the intent to get a RAV4. We know that the market is tough right now and all other Toyota dealerships are marking up their prices like crazy, but Jeremy assured us that Elk Grove Toyota is different. We provided Jeremy the trim we want and we were expecting about a month or two wait, but luckily, he found us one quickly! We were on a time crunch with our schedule and asked Jeremy if we can get the car within 2 hours. He arranged everything before we arrived, worked with Adam in Finance, and everything worked out great. We were in and out of the dealership with a trade in and a new RAV4 in the trim we exactly wanted, and all that in a little more than an hour! They also price matched our trade-in with Carvana. Jeremy and Adam are really easy to work with and respects our time and needs. I’m looking forward to working with them again in the future! More
