Nick was super. He understood & assisted me in the post/ concurrent purchase inspection of third party sellers like Carvana. He called carvana’s warranty department to get approval. I have had average to below average customer service at this dealership each time I have gone in and this time was no exception. The printer wasn't working so it took longer (which happens, so I don't rat this dealership each time I have gone in and this time was no exception. The printer wasn't working so it took longer (which happens, so I don't rate badly for that) but traditionally when I get service, I ask if there are any active sales or coupons. I asked the Service Rep and he immediately said no, without even looking. I ended up going to their online website and found 4-5 coupons that applied to my service requested. The cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there which is not good when you are taking people's money and asking them to rate your service. More
