My air conditioner quit working on June 29th and I am traveling to Northern NJ on July 3rd for a wedding, I called Elkins Chevrolet on June 30th and explained my situation to Josh Elkins. He explained th traveling to Northern NJ on July 3rd for a wedding, I called Elkins Chevrolet on June 30th and explained my situation to Josh Elkins. He explained that his service schedule was full but if I wished to take my vehicle in on July 1st he would try to work it into his schedule. I agreed and arrived at his service department at 7:45am. I am pleased to report that my AC system was repaired and I was able to leave Elkins Chevrolet in a cooled down vehicle by 1:30pm. Thanks you Josh for coming to my rescue. Jeff is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful salesperson! He knew what I wanted and went out of his way to get it for me.
