I chose to lease another vehicle at this dealership after being a loyal customer for 2 prior leases. After the initial phone call with the salesman I was told the rebates were great on the Jeep grand Cheroke being a loyal customer for 2 prior leases. After the initial phone call with the salesman I was told the rebates were great on the Jeep grand Cherokees and they would get me in a great vehicle because they had connections with the leasing company. ( I had stated I was interested in the limited as that is the model I have always leased) After I arrived the following day there was a vehicle they pulled up for me prior to arriving. They stated it was the only one on the lot they could get me in. The MSRP was 45935 kept that in mind! I was asking questions regarding putting $ down to help with monthly payment and I was told that was not needed unless I put thousands down. I was not informed what any numbers meant on the financial paperwork after I asked 2x. Long story short I brought the brand new vehicle home and it locked up on me in my driveway. The dealership came and towed it away and they stated they just happened to revive an exact one earlier and they would correct paperwork to reflect new vin. Following day I analyzed the paperwork and noticed they up charged the vehicle by 4800 which meant I purchased the vehicle for more than the asking price. I went back to dealership and was told by the finance guy they are allowed to up charge on any vehicle. I also noticed the leasing company they put us through they get a kickback. I will not be returning when my lease is up. More
