Found a great deal for a van online, drove from MA to see it. The communication with Rebecca who seemed to be an appointment setter type, was simple and clear. Sales was low pressure, compared to other dealerships I've dealt with, but they didn't follow up on a repair that was needed, like they said they would, I had to fix the issue myself, rather than waiting I've dealt with, but they didn't follow up on a repair that was needed, like they said they would, I had to fix the issue myself, rather than waiting for their reply.
