My wife and I were accompanied by Jared one of the salesmen at dodge to go for a test drive. Jared was outstanding! He was easy to talk to, funny, nice, informative, very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He was relatable and by that I mean, he showed us that he wasn't just there to take our money. Like the stereotypical salesmen but that he is just a normal person doing his job to the best of his abilities to get us what we want at the best price for us. We did do our due diligence and went to another lot to check out another truck. It was night and day between the difference of Jared at dodge and Prestige auto down the street. My wife and I were disappointed at the very sub par effort and the lack of knowledge on thier vehicles we decided to go back to dodge. Jared worked with us all of Thursday evening until closing. He got us in a newer model 2019 Ram 1500 for with the price we wanted and he expanded his clientele because I wont go to anyone else in the future for a vehicle. Rhode island is small as you know and word travels fast and it only takes one good visit to get word of mouth out. We have literally not stopped talking about our visit to dodge Wednesday night and Thursday. Along with the help of Noel and Ben we were able to work out a deal that was exactly what we were looking for. I am beyond satisfied with the truck the pricing and the overall customer service. This dealership has a real family vibe to it and it that is a big deal to me. You guys are awesome at dodge thank you so much!!!!! More
