An excellent and FUN experiance at Elmwood Dodge My family and I have purchased many cars in the past at a certain Dodge dealership closer to my home. When my salesman retired, I thought it would be nice to try a different dealership. From the moment we walked into Elmwood Dodge, we were treated with respect and kindness, Damien Medeiros greeted us and escorted us to his office were he carefully reviewed our wants and needs. He is a very respectful, charismatic and fun salesman to work with. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us anything we did not want. Indeed he took the time to evaluate our needs. We leased a new Dodge Durango R/T. The process of negotiations with "the man behind the curtain..." Benamino the sales manager was typical and we felt as if we got a good deal. The difference being, Ben actually came to Damiens office to shake our hand and introduce himself....what a great guy! We talked about travel, Italy and cooking! Then it was on to finance and there we met Vinny....another great guy to deal with. A courteous and funny personality that made one feel at ease throughout the process. Now, as it turns out, the Durango had a paint blemish on the door that we did not see when we signed the papers. As you could imagine, we were quite disturbed but Tommy Rose the new body work specialist jumped through hoops to fix it properly and HE made sure it looked as good as new with a lifetime gurantee on the work. All in all, our experience at Elmwood was top notch from start to finish and I highly recommend this dealership and Damien Medeiros as the salesman to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new or used vehicle..... Professional, courteous, and friendly. I went shopping for Jeep Wrangler at three local dealerships. The dealer 1 mile from my house seemed like I was bothering them, the one that recently I went shopping for Jeep Wrangler at three local dealerships. The dealer 1 mile from my house seemed like I was bothering them, the one that recently changed owners didn’t have the inventory I was seeking, and Elmwood had what I wanted- a loaded rubicon. I noticed upon walking in and out of the dealership, employees seemed to rush to the door to open it for me, and were all courteous. My salesman Mike was equally as courteous, accommodating, and did his best to have everything run smoothly. He was a very nice young man who knew his product. Marcel, the parts manager was also helpful and very easy to work with. Noel in finance was a cool dude too. I don’t usually like reccomending places, but I would recommend Elmwood Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and absolutely Mike Santos for navigating you towards a fine new Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram. I work in the service industry- and I know a good thing when I see it. More
