In fact, I really wasn't in the market to buy a vehicle but my experience with Al (which was so good) made me think twice about my vehicle situation. Fast forward 3 days later, I purchased a brand new Trailhawk. Kudos to the Elmwood team. Richie was attentive to our questions, concerns, and expectations for a new vehicle. He never tried to"up-sell" us or add in options we did not want. We also met with Ben who helped us negotiate a fantastic price on the vehicle. Ben's approach to sales is an experience like none other. He took his time to explain every number and breaking down each item line. As informed buyers, we felt that our set budget and knowledge were respected, we never felt any "pushy" sales tactics.
