Great Buying Experience I stopped into Elmwood a few days ago to check out the new Trailhawk and met Al Torres. Al was extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. In fact, I stopped into Elmwood a few days ago to check out the new Trailhawk and met Al Torres. Al was extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. In fact, I really wasn't in the market to buy a vehicle but my experience with Al (which was so good) made me think twice about my vehicle situation. Fast forward 3 days later, I purchased a brand new Trailhawk. Kudos to the Elmwood team. Car buying the way it should be! We arrived at Elmwood looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were met in the sales lot by Richie who's energy was bright and warm. Richie was attentive to our questions, concerns, and expectations for a new vehicle. He never tried to"up-sell" us or add in options we did not want. We also met with Ben who helped us negotiate a fantastic price on the vehicle. Ben's approach to sales is an experience like none other. He took his time to explain every number and breaking down each item line. As informed buyers, we felt that our set budget and knowledge were respected, we never felt any "pushy" sales tactics. Despite our visit being close to closing, Vinny from finance took his time to explain the financing process and respectfully answered my endless questions! They took amazing care of me and made sure to stick with my budget, and even found me something far, far below my budget and I am beyond happy. As a first time buyer I couldn't have walked out with a better experience.
