It was time I walked through the doors looking for a no BS experience...and that's exactly what I got. I was greeted by Richard Miranda, who knew I was interested in a newer Durango from a friend of mine. Richard, my friend who met me there, and I began to talk about options. I interrupted Richard and told him exactly what I was looking for and a price. He spoke with Ben and Vinny and after about a half hour, and a couple discussions, I was told that the vehicle would be there the next day. I was very glad to have my friend with me. As much as I was sad driving mine for the last time, seeing the one in the parking space brought a much needed smile. Before leaving, Vinny explained everything to me in the most genuine down to earth way, when Richard walked into the office. We sat there and just talked. I was then brought to see the service area, and then Richard walked me out. He waited with me until I was comfortable in the vehicle and ready to leave. I am SO glad that I went with this dealership.
