The Best Dealrship in RI!!!! I never have had a dealership take such good care of me.I never owned a brand new car in my life and I have always loved a grand jeep Cherokee. I was considering getting myself one and I thought it was about to make my dream car a reality. My sister got a Jeep Wrangler off them and she said to me there is no other dealership who will treat you right and take care of you. She highly recommend them and she was right. Nathan was her sales associate so I met with him and he took his time with me and made sure he could do whatever he could to get me my dream car. He explained the diffrent models that were available and explained the difference between leasing or purchasing the jeep and what would be in my best intrest. He did make get me to where I needed to be to get my jeep. With the help of Ben the sales manager they made me feel like they truly cared for me. Ben came into the room to explain terms for me that I didn't understand. He took time out to let me know what the best situation would be for me. He worked hard for me with the banks and to get me what I would need for my car to make this deal happen. He said give me some time and I ll see what I can do and I can't promise anything. I appreciated that so much that he was honest like that with me because my experiences in the past at other dealerships were never this honest. I always felt thrown In a situation and I had to make my decision right then and there. A lot of pressure. But it was the total opposite with them!! My sister was right no other dealership could compair!! When I picked up my brand new jeep they were very excited for me. Again they both made sure I was happy and got everything I needed. I will be recommending this dealrship to everyone I know!!! Even on his day off today Nathan called me to see how I was making out and if I had any questions. No one would do that unless they truly cared for their clients and Nathan and Ben really truly care for their clients..they made me very happy and they did everything and beyound for me. We were introduced to Richard Miranda and he was professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He sincerely listened to us regarding what we hoped to purchase and we felt that he really did care. He found us exactly what we were looking for and did his best to present us with a reasonable price. This man is a class act. Then we worked with Vincent Asermely for our financing. He is another over-the-top great guy who simplified what can be a stressful situation - the money part! He was reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable as well. He got in touch with our insurance agent and set us up so we could drive away in our new car that day. He called the next day to tell me that the car was all registered and ready to be inspected. We also met Benamino Sciarcon who had spent some time driving the car we purchased. He is another genuinely nice, personable man who took time to talk with us about the Jeep. Elmwood is a first rate operation with employees that caters to customers. This excellent experience was only 72 hours long - quick and simple for us.
