He went over to Mark and within a matter of 10 mintues was able to come up with a price and a car that she had been wanting. This was all done with no pressure from neither of these gentleman. We were then lead into financing with Vinny and I can't say enough good things about this gentleman! He is one of a kind! I then went home and told my husband about the great experience we had had and was able to go back and work out deal for a new Wrangler for me! The are just the nicest bunch of people to deal with! From that point I received a phone call from Richard Miranda who explained all the details of the Ram 1500 I was looking to lease. After explaining the details, he told me to think about it and get back to him when I knew what I was going to do. I was never pressured or harassed with emails and phone calls. They left me alone to decide, and were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The final step of the process, where I met Mr. Tavarez, and I don't every think I experienced such a quick and easy closing of the deal. Very polite and professional. Most times when is comes to the financial part, they aren't always easy to get along with. Again this whole experience was incredibly easy and enjoyable!! More
