Great experience We had a great experience buying our latest Jeep Grand Cherokee. We went into the dealership on a very busy Saturday. We were immediately greated and when we asked for our sales man, Richard Miranda. He helped us, after a few minutes to wrap up with the customer he was dealing with. Richard is a personable and friendly guy, I can see why he is so successful. Richard asked what we were looking for, we had two models in mind and he immediately grabbed the keys to the first model we were interested in and let us take it for a spin. We came back and he had the other care we wanted all ready for us. once we came back we talked numbers. We got a better deal that we anticipated and were very impressed with the efficiency in which this dealership handled our sales. Even Vinny the finance guy was fast and thorough. This is our 5th, Jeep, and based on our sales experience, I would recommend this dealership, and especially Richard Miranda, to anyone that is in the market for a new Jeep vehicle. More

I was looking for a new vehicle, specifically a Jeep Renegade. We talked and he gave me information on a new Jeep. He did not pressure me at all, but kept in touch with me for a few weeks. I kept looking on line at their website then I found the one Renegade that fit my expectations. I called Wayne and made an appointment to test drive it. I had such a good experience. I had no idea I would get a new vehicle that day and have a lower car payment, they gave me a very fair amount for my Jeep Liberty trade in. More

Family Friendly Husband and I could no longer drive our minivan, we just couldn't stretch it any longer. Gave us ballpark figures and told us NOT to make a decision right away and to look around. We did. Although we did like a different vehicle at another dealership slightly better - that other dealership could not compare at all to the people at Elmwood. After much research and test driving we decided that Vinny and Richard and associates were the people we wanted to deal with for the duration of our lease. We drove home in a stylish sleek awesome jeep and you know I am so happy I did! I love the car and love the new members of my "extended family"! Although I did not work with Dennis personally, he did work the numbers the best he could for us and that goes a long way. More
