Excellent Service We originally went to Elmwood because our 2008 Avenger needed servicing from a dealer. While waiting we started looking around and ran into Victor. We explained the situation with our current car and asked to look at a few things while we waited. We gave him a rather large list of wants for a used car, and he led us right to a group of vehicles that had all the options we were looking for, in a price range we could afford. Victor knew our budget ahead of time, and never tried to steer us towards something we either didn't want or couldn't handle financially. After finding the right car Vinny was very thorough in securing a loan that was good for us, and not just a loan that would get us in the vehicle. All in all everyone was a pleasure to deal with and felt like they put our needs first when making any recommendations. Victor even came in on his day off to help finish up because we couldn't stay on the day we originally came in. I would recommend Elmwood Auto to anyone looking for great cars and great service! The staff here are one in a million! I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Wrangler yesterday and it was very nice that Harrison came in on his day off to make sure everything was good to go. I live just outside of Boston so its a bit of a drive, but I plan on going in to get some accessories put on because they were extremely friendly and took care of me from the beginning. I was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler and no I recently had a wonderful experience at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram that I would like to share. I was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler and not quite sure if I was going to buy that day or just shop around. I pulled into the dealership and was greeted by one of the salesmen who was standing outside and had observed me pull in. His name was Marc Mercidieu. He took me into his office and began the sale, however, the sale was handed off to Sherman Jones in a very friendly and professional manner as it was the end of Marc's shift. Mr. Jones continued the sale all the way to the end. Both gentlemen handled the sale in the most superb manner, being always professional yet friendly. I didn't feel that I was at a dealership, I felt like I was visiting new-found family so to speak. I also had a great interaction with Vinnie who did the financing details and worked hard to get me what I wanted and did a darn fine job! Everyone who passed me greeted me, including 'Jay' who I believe is the owner. I was offered coffee, I never had to wait too long while details were worked out and I feel that I was treated like gold. I have visited several other dealerships in the area with much less-than positive experiences on both occasions so my experience with Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was such a refreshing departure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for any of the brands they carry and will end this by saying that the customer service I experienced there is second to none! Satisfied Customer I was originally interested in purchasing a new Dodge Charger and left with a new Chrysler 200 based on James's recommendation. It was actually less expensive and a much better fit for what I needed for work. Unlike other dealerships I visited, James listened to what I wanted/needed rather than push for a sale. Thanks to James I have a car I love, with everything I needed, and fit my budget (Based on sites like truecar.com I got a very fair price). Once I left I noticed a slight rip in the backseat which they are replacing at no charge. I also got a screw in my tire within my first week of owning the car which they also repaired at no charge. I expected to pay for the tire repair since that wasn't their fault at all and never asked them to do it for no charge, but they did it anyway. Great experience buying the car and great service right out the gate. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next car and will recommend James and Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle or service. More

I drove the car and liked it but I wasn't in a rush to buy. I had the privilege of meeting Sherman Jones and after looking at one more model I forgot why I was there. Sherman is so friendly and he never tried to get me to buy more than I was comfortable with. I was 100% relaxed and ENJOYED buying a car from him.This place is not your typical car dealership. They are a family business and treat employees and customers like family too. I did my homework on price, incentives, etc. and they worked really hard to make a deal with me and find additional incentives to get the price where I needed it to be. Kudos to Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They've got it right. More
