The services that were paid for did not get done. Allowed my 20 year daughter drive off lot with only four of five lugs where on car when dropped off. I had a part ordered back in December and now we were gonna have services provided now in February and somehow it was not in stock nor was it did we have an ETA for the order and then I talk to a management and all of a sudden, within five minutes, the part was found, however, again the part that was provided the service wasn’t given because the window still not shedding and I’ve had service updated before and the window has shut. They just didn’t like the fact that they got called out so they provided a crappy service. More
