Your center has no equipment to buff the paint where my car was scratched damaged and damaged by a tool that was used to break into it. I can’t get these repairs completed unless I reopen my claim and find car was scratched damaged and damaged by a tool that was used to break into it. I can’t get these repairs completed unless I reopen my claim and find a different Kia dealership that can do this. I’ve had my paint buffed at other Kia dealerships several times and they were all equipped for it. You also have no car wash so I can’t see my repairs when my car is fixed on the outside. This is only dealership I’ve been to that does not have the nessacary equipment that is needed to car repairs and car washes. I would not recommend this location for any kind of repairs only for maintenance like basic oil changes. Very disappointing. More

For a service center that works on just one make of car, I expected more thorough and faster work. After two months of waiting, and a $3800 repair bill, my car still has a broken dome light, and no fastener I expected more thorough and faster work. After two months of waiting, and a $3800 repair bill, my car still has a broken dome light, and no fasteners to attach the license plate to the trunk lid. My calls were usually not answered or returned, and neither were my text messages that the dealership's phone recording claimed were easier for you to use. The Kia brand is already suffering due to its current status as the most easily stolen make of car. The reason I needed repairs for my Kia was that a junkie equipped with just a blunt object and a screwdriver stole it. Some insurance companies even refuse to cover Kias because they're such a liability for theft. It's not your fault or mine that the manufacturers made such an easily stolen car, or that Colorado leads the nation in car thefts per capita, or that a car thief targeted my car, or that the global supply chain is a hot mess, but I paid the price for you to fix the damage, and kept experiencing inconveniences for 2 months. For the 2 months that I was waiting for repairs, I spent 3 hours each weekday on public transit for a commute I could have driven in 50-60 minutes. Every little inconvenience nickel-and-dimed more time and money away from me. The last straw that led to this negative review is the missing fasteners I need to attach my new license plate to the trunk lid. On the day I picked up the car, I found that I couldn't screw the license plate on without said fasteners. I asked where I could get said fasteners. You said from the parts dept., and expect a call the same day. No call that day; no answer when I called the next day; no answer to the automated text I replied to. The next time I call and you answer, the answer I get is that your parts dept. doesn't supply those fasteners, and I should get them from a body shop. I can tolerate delays, expensive bills, and plain bad luck; but I will not pretend that things are alright when I find out that I've been jerked around. Did you not know you couldn't get that part? Then all you had to say is that you didn't know. I'm tired of being the one picking up the slack for the service center's shortcomings. I'm the one finding the part, I'm the one calling you to find out what happened, I'm the one running around town and dropping more money at body shops because you could not do what you said you could. I rated you two stars because the work you did is what it said on the box. Yes, my car has new locks, window, and wheel. I never would have imagined that a dealership servicing only Kias would take so long to get parts or overlook details like fasteners for the new plates though. The whole reason I chose a Kia dealership instead of any other decently rated mechanic nearby is that I thought you had quick access to Kia parts, and that your familiarity with Kias would make you aware of details another mechanic might overlook. This was not the case. More
Everything was great. Thank you so much. I need to schedule a service to see why the 'Low Tire Pressure' light and 'Check Engine Light' is still on. Thank you so much. I need to schedule a service to see why the 'Low Tire Pressure' light and 'Check Engine Light' is still on. More
