I did not like how the finance guy made me feel like I had to purchase the extended warranty even though I said “no” several times. Made it seem as though I couldn’t buy the vehicle without it. I had also called him several times later that week to make sure they received my down payment. I left voicemails and never got a return call. More

I was very dissatisfied starting with the service advisor, I asked for my Purge Valve to be replaced and he asked me why I wanted this. I answered I know it's bad, I been having hard starts, Poor gas advisor, I asked for my Purge Valve to be replaced and he asked me why I wanted this. I answered I know it's bad, I been having hard starts, Poor gas mileage and the gas pump shutting off prematurely. I was told it has to be diagnosed because it could be something else/ It wasn't something else and I ended up paying $565.00 for a new purge valve. I would have done it myself but the cold made me want to pay to get it done. But not $565.00!! Secondly, I was only getting a transmission service and a purge valve so I purposely made a early appointment so I could wait for the truck , I arrived at 7:30AM and was asked if I had a ride, I replied I was going to wait, and was told it was going to take a while. My vehicle wasn't done until 2:30PM. I know I was giving some courtesy inspections, and the paperwork shows 2. 5 hours of labor but how was I charged 2,5 Hours of Labor for a purge valve did the tranny service only take a 1/2 hour? I was told 2.5 that's part of the reason for keeping my vehicle so long. Needless to say I don't like the new pricing, and the turnaround time for two basically small maintenance jobs. More
