I literally spent almost 5 hours at the dealership to buy my car. While the people there are wonderful...this is my third purchase. You HAVE to do something to improve the efficiency. Again.. I truly like everyone there but I spent so much time sitting and waiting and waiting and sitting. My car had been totaled including being flipped over, so it was not really great for me to have had to sit there for so many hours. More

If you try to pay for your service with a credit or debit card Empire Toyota will charge you a 3% service charge. My service technician, David was very professional and took into account that I needed to get to work. I was at my job by 9:34 AM after a 7:15 AM appointment.
