This is in regard to the absolute most pathetic customer service in the " service department" My wife was driving home from Connecticut Friday afternoon when the dasshboard on her Hylander lit up like a Chr service in the " service department" My wife was driving home from Connecticut Friday afternoon when the dasshboard on her Hylander lit up like a Christmas tree saying pull over and get to a safe place hybrid malfunction. Not knowing that we were one month past the roadside assistance she called the service department. The woman who answered the phone who I'm pretty sure isnt a certified tech told her as long as she feels comfortable driving the car she should just drive it home the hour plus she had left on her drive. Three blocks later the car completly shut down and died. No power steering no brakes. She managed to push it on to the side of the road where we had it towed to the dealership. On Monday Rodrico called me to say everything was fixed and I could pick up the car. Upon picking up the car I let Rodrico know my anger over someone who told my wife to just drive the car home and told him if something would have happened I would have sued the dealership. Rodrico responded with " I didnt tell her that . Dont curse at me , and go xxxx Myself" How the xxxx could any company let an employee curse at a customer and let him keep his job. We have 2 2019 Toyotas , It will soon be 1 when I trade the Hylander in for something else and as soon as the lease is up on our RAV 4 it's Bye Bye Toyata. Classless morons. More

I have been to the service department for the same problem before and they were unable to fix the problem with my radio, internet service. The technician, Richard Kuplen took the time and effort to sh problem before and they were unable to fix the problem with my radio, internet service. The technician, Richard Kuplen took the time and effort to show me the problem, explain how Toyota's are I Iphone friendly and I have an android phone. Yet he was able, after much time and effort, to reconnect my Pandora and internet service. I don't know how he did it, I don't know if he knows, but it is working, after months of inactivity. Thank you !!! Kudos to this young man!! However, in a previous visit, I fell over a truck frame that was left in the customer parking lot. There was nothing to show its existence, and I was looking at my car, not at the supposedly empty space next to it. I fell and was taken by ambulance Huntington Hospital. I was left with cuts and bruises, hematomas, and over $14,000 in charges. Were it not for Juan Vargas, I would probably still be laying in that parking lot. Thank you Juan for your care and concern. I recently leased a new Toyota from Empire Toyota. I was hesitant to go to this dealership because my last experience was not good at all. On this trip I dealt with Chelsie Aragon and Justin Khan. I have hesitant to go to this dealership because my last experience was not good at all. On this trip I dealt with Chelsie Aragon and Justin Khan. I have to say that my faith is restored. I was treated so very well and came away with not only a great feeling, but a new Toyota that I love. Chelsie spent the time with me that I needed and explained everything. She was wonderful, as was Justin. Because of them, I will be back when my lease expires. I want to thank both Chelsie and Justin for this positive experience. More
