Service advisor, is a total thief trying to sell me a water pump and thermostat housing he says was leaking without doing a pressure test! The vehicle only has 21,000 miles. I tried to take the wheels of water pump and thermostat housing he says was leaking without doing a pressure test! The vehicle only has 21,000 miles. I tried to take the wheels off to inspect the brakes but I couldn’t, so I brought it to the dealer for an oil change and free tire rotation to solve that problem. He suggested to they put a dab of grease on the hubs and I said yes. On the invoice he said I suggested it which I didn’t, I just agreed. The next day I took the wheels off to do a brake job and the wheels had much more then a dab of grease, they were completely covered liked he used a whole can! Thank god the grease didn’t get on the brake pads driving home. I’m 62 years old and been doing brakes and most repairs for 42 years so I know when someone Is a thief! I only go there for oil changes because I don’t want to bother doing it myself anymore but after this I’ll choose a different service advisor. After writing this review I went to the dealerrater website and I see someone posted a good review with my name on it a few weeks ago so beware about reviews you read! More
