Credit to the staff like Rob Geekie, who go out of the way to take care of your customers. I asked Rob about my lease coming up to end and he quickly connected me to sales rep, Kimberly who quickly brought the car to the shop for me to preview. Robert is a brilliant professional and I have had the opportunity to work with him in the past. I also had person name Sunny help me in the lot to find my car, move other cars and get me quick access. I give your shop and Rob five stars for this honorable effort and quality care. Thorough, courteous, professional service I cannot say enough about the service I received from Zulma Guzman and Roderigo Arichabala. I had a complicated suspension issue with a Prius that wa I cannot say enough about the service I received from Zulma Guzman and Roderigo Arichabala. I had a complicated suspension issue with a Prius that was misdiagnosed at first, and repaired. When it became clear that the mis-diagnosis would require further expense they aurthorized all labor on that repair to be at no charge, gave me a loaner car while the work was done, and in every way served me well. All the staff in this dealership is top drawer. I've been a loyal customer of Toyota of Huntington since 1992. I'd never go anywhere else. More

Car shopping They told me the 4 Runner had apple car play it is not in it. They could not find the color I wanted in the car because they were pushing for the end They told me the 4 Runner had apple car play it is not in it. They could not find the color I wanted in the car because they were pushing for the end of month crunch. First finance guy tried to charge me $200 more a month for my lease because of a 5 yr old bankruptcy. Which chevy never did. Overall car shopping is the worse. The experience of spending 5 hrs in a dealership is beyond stupid. The deal they show is only with one bank which they neglect to advertise. All in all I hate car shopping the managers of the show room were helpful mostly because it was the end of the month More
