Let me preface this by saying that my family and I experienced the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly, unbelievable level of incompetence at Envision Ford of Oxnard, that I have ever witnessed. Our visit was a complete and utter waste of time, leaving us infuriated and deeply disappointed. We came to this so-called dealership specifically to see a truck that was ADVERTISED on their website. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with a classic bait-and-switch tactic: the truck we wanted was conveniently "in the repair shop" and unavailable for viewing. Instead, they tried to push us towards other, clearly less desirable vehicles. The incompetence only escalated from there. After reluctantly agreeing to test drive a similar truck (same make and model as the one we intended to purchase for my son), the staff then proceeded to engage in a Keystone Cops routine, unable to locate the key! Our entire family – there to support my son's purchase – was then subjected to an UNACCEPTABLE near-hour wait in their break room, which reeked of burnt popcorn. This was followed by another excruciating 30 minutes of being ignored at a desk while their inept staff fumbled around trying to find a simple key. The height of this circus act? They finally produced a key, led us to a truck, and then discovered it was the WRONG KEY! So, no test drive. At this point, the level of unprofessionalism was truly astounding. It felt like dealing with a group of clowns and fools, underscored by the nauseating smell of burnt popcorn. Despite this catastrophic experience, we were still willing to purchase the original truck we came for. We agreed to their full asking price and all terms. The salesperson assured us he would call the next day to arrange the viewing and finalize the purchase, explicitly stating that no deposit was needed as he would inform everyone the truck was sold to us. Foolishly, we returned the next day, our entire family once again present, ready to make the purchase after a brief viewing of the truck. After yet another 30-minute wait, we were delivered the unbelievable news: the truck had somehow been SOLD ALREADY! The audacity and blatant disregard for our time and agreement were staggering. When I confronted the sales manager, Reza Ghasemi, about this unbelievable betrayal, he had the gall to LIE to my face, stating that you can't buy a truck without seeing it. I then rightfully asked him how they managed to sell it to someone else without them seeing it! He had no answer, just pathetic attempts to cover up their monumental blunder. Envision Ford operates with a shocking level of incompetence, dishonesty, and utter disregard for their customers. Our experience was nothing short of a complete nightmare, leaving my son and our entire family feeling misled, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON THIS INCOMPETENT AND SHADY DEALERSHIP! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! I will be sharing this horrific experience with everyone I know to ensure no one else has to endure the misery and disrespect we faced. The guys and gals here are certainly on drugs or drinking or failed to graduate from high school because Alyssa, Naan (spelling may be incorrect) and the used car manager just tried to get me to agree to giv or failed to graduate from high school because Alyssa, Naan (spelling may be incorrect) and the used car manager just tried to get me to agree to give up 9k+ of my paid off trade in's value (black 2021 Hyundai Ioniq PHEV is valued at 19k+ on KBB, never been in an accident and always maintained IAW manufacturer schedule.) and accept only 10k towards the value of an '06 F-150 priced at $11,995 before taxes/fees. (I only am considering trading down bc I need more legroom and I don't like all the useless features on new cars tbh.) They also wanted to deduct $600 of my equity for a safety/service inspection and detail. (This makes me question if these guys are even solvent. Why would you push the cost of business onto customers?) Ladies and gents; if you don't want to deal with someone who doesn't want to finance, you should've told me that as soon as I indicated I wanted to trade in straight across and keep as much equity as I can which was in the first 5 minutes of me pulling into the lot and charging my vehicle. What was amusing to me as well was how slick Alyssa thought she was when she said "we're not gonna run your credit" and then asked me a whole lot of credit app questions and when she answered in the affirmative when I asked if she needed a signature, I said I wouldn't be signing anything, she got up and left in a huff and came back with Naan closer to 30 mins later with the bad news. After saying that the used car manager was an idiot and I asked to make that make sense, they replied with some jib about their Carfax appraisal. (My Carfax, Edmunds and KBB appraisals indicate the value of my car at trade in far higher than theirs.) When I asked why they thought that I would be agreeable to those terms, I did not receive an intelligible response, but their downcast eyes indicated that they knew their treatment of me was unscrupulous. As I wrote earlier, they have to be on drugs, drinking or lacking a basic education to think anyone in my position would take that deal. I took off shortly after that, never to return. Sweet '06 F-150 and comfy chairs, though. Free Level 2 charging was nice. TL; DR- Don't expect a good, much less a fair deal here. They tried to extremely low ball my trade-in and run my credit w/o express permission. More

After I negotiated a better price, she removed another Ford charger incentive (1k) without telling me. She called me the day after the purchase to ask how the car was. I said it was great, but I had realized they had removed the 1k incentive, and why did that do that without letting me know? She said "actually, I'm with a client, I'll call you back" and then never called back. When I called the next day, she hung up on me. Go here if you want, but consider yourself warned. More
