I already tried everything spoke to Nemer Thomas and Will while he was still at the dealer he explained to Thomas that he did promise to take care of the issues but he screwed up and forgot to put it in writing since I've seen Thomas for the first time I've had to repair the vehicle to replace a rusted out air condenser at $750 and the exhaust started leaking from being rusted and parts of the chassis and suspension are breaking away from being rotted so I reached out to Westlake financial and sent their fraud audit team the pictures they asked for i can also provide you with all the pictures and videos

If you'd like to call me you can my number is 805 701-1741 tell me what you'd like to do because I don't want to keep fixing issues on this car for the life of the loan i understand my credit is not great but you guys find me financing i put $3000 down payment and between my 2 payments and repairs I'm invested $4,450 into this vehicle when u came back with my concerns 2 weeks ago one of your managers said they'd trade me out no matter if you guys had to take a loss and then went back on his word 30 minutes later I assume you guys check your vehicles when they are traded in and if you didn't or did it was negligent not to address the issues at the time all I want is either trade me out with no more money or take your car back and return the money I've spent in total and we can call this I've with
