They did the job that I asked for (transmission oil change) and were flexible when I wanted to add on the timing belt. Outside of that, I was disappointed with the service. First, my service representative was not very good at communicating with me. I had to initiate almost every call with him. He did not inform me that the parts for my timing belt were not in stock, so I had to wait an additional 24 hours for my car. I only found out when I called the dealership to find out the status of my car and I found out from a different service advisor that they were waiting on parts. I called 3 weeks in advance about this service. Second, they tried to tell me that my brakes were about to fail because there was only 1mm of pad left. I did my own brake job a week later and it turned out that my brake pads had at least 20% life left. I took photos afterwards. I saw the video of the tool they used to check the pad life and it seems like they have it tuned to get more money out of people by over predicting wear. Very sketchy business practice if you ask me. Not sure if I will use them again and I will definitely be warning my friends about this service center. More
