Brenda was very helpful the entire time my husband and I were looking for our new car. She was able to locate the Explorer we wanted. The Explorer didn't come with a spare tire and Nemer helped us out in l were looking for our new car. She was able to locate the Explorer we wanted. They offer a valet pick up service. I was scheduled for 9am. At 10:30 i called bc they hadn’t called or picked up my car. They said someone would call me back soon.
