He then slammed the phone down in my ear. Visited Euro today to pickup my Vehicle and asked the cashier for headquarters number. Cashier reached out to a colleague who wanted to know Why I needed the number? I was provided with Euro number instead; cashier so noticeably irritated, researched the number to HQ for me. German Martinez, my Service Advisor always amazing. The Best Advisor I have ever had; I have owned 3 Mercedes Benz. I am drafting a letter of complaint to Headquarters. More
