I am truly upset because after I gave you guys a 5 star review at the same moment you sent me this link.. I was thrilled! Thinking to always lease my cars from you. And now you ignore me. I am upset that you didn’t get my plates correctly submitted and I’ve to deal with this every year and I also have to pay for it. For future buyers please note that apparently this company doesn’t give you new plates and registration for the time of your lease. If I’d have known this I’d have not leased with you guys. I’ve never experienced this with other Mercedes Dealer. Unfortunately, I am stuck with renewing every year since no one did their job properly or is whiling to fix this problem. I still need go pass inspection for q brand new 2021 myself and I’ve no proof to take to DMV except for registration. Truly disappointing! You can delete this since is negative but I’ve this totally everywhere so no one gets played out like me. Also, I didn’t see my nice review from April 2021. I guess it also got deleted. More

This place is a ripoff. The Mercedes C250 that I owned had a completely rusted subframe after only 56,000 miles and they charged over $3,500 and had no explanation as to why this occurred, even though the had a completely rusted subframe after only 56,000 miles and they charged over $3,500 and had no explanation as to why this occurred, even though they claim to have seen no rust just 8 months earlier during its regular servicing and alignment. Normally such a defective product would be replaced at no cost to the customer since there were no conditions that could explain the damage to this critical part of the car. This particular dealership took no responsibility for this poor quality product. Not only would I not use this dealership, but I would give up on Mercedes altogether. They attempted to add more charges at the same time that they were claiming to give a discount. The end result was that the overall charge to the customer did not truly decrease but stayed the same because they would offset any discount with an additional charge. Save yourself the time and money. More

A few weeks ago I had the displeasure of having to deal with Rick oxendine. I don't normally leave reviews but this guy would just lie and lie and lie. It was sad, pathetic, and downright ugly.
