If I could give 0 stars, I would. First leased my Durango from Executive, then bought it out after lease concluded. Called about a recall service, kept getting transferred and each time was told they would need the "recall specialist" to all me back, who never did. 3 weeks went by and called another dealer, got an appointment asap and they gave me all the info I needed. I guess my business is only worth it when I'm buying a car. More
