We were looking for a minivan and could not find one we liked or a dealer willing to give a Hands down one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. We were looking for a minivan and could not find one we liked or a dealer willing to give a fair deal in our area. We were looking on line and saw a van that we liked. We call and talked to Chin and he told us it was still available. We drove from Springfield Ma. Over an hour away . Chin greeted us in the parking lot with the van ready for us to look at and test drive ,he then explained the no haggling price policy . They had all the dealers in our immediate area beat. Chin and Lou worked with us ,they were more than willing to go to the Mass registry and get the plates . I wanted a factory remote start not and after market We were given a loner car while they were installing it and when it was done Lou brought the van to our house so didn’t have to go all the way back to Ct. . How many dealers would do something like that after the sale. If your in the market for a new car or new to you Exutive Kia Wallingford Ct. is the place to go ,ask for Chin, Both Chin and Lou went above and beyond to give us excellent customer service ,also upon delivery the black shiny metallic waxed car was presented to us with a giant red bow , It’s worth the drive Chin and Lou will take care of you. Every step had to be rev My entire shopping experience with KIA was dreadful. A process that takes 45 minutes at other dealerships took 2 1/2 hours. Every step had to be reviewed with Joe, who never even took a minute to greet me. In short, Katie was inexperienced, unprofessional, lacked knowledge of the company’s products, and did not listen to what I wanted. Katie started out great with a friendly smile and within a minute determined what type of vehicle I was looking for, and although I mentioned I was interest in both used and new, she never mentioned or gave me an option of a used vehicle. Later I discovered there’s one on the website that would be great for me. After viewing the ONLY vehicle that she had selected personally for me, which did NOT include all the options I wanted. Every step had to be reviewed with Joe, who never even took a minute to greet me. I asked the price as there was no sticker on the car, this was supposed to be part of what was so wonderful about this dealership was the tag was on the car so there's no negotiation. So at this point I also asked for a list of all the dealer fees. This took forever. After reviewing the estimate carefully the next day, I found several discrepancies, so I followed up with an email. After 2 emails I still couldn’t get an answer, now I'm contacted by Joe Ortiz. His answer to my question was, "we just do it that way". He also had no idea that the car that was offered to me did not have the options I wanted, and that I was interested in a higher end model. By the way does anyone know what a “credit burrow” is? (Note: I know part of this was to determine if I could afford the vehicle, but I told her my monthly payment budget, and it was over double of what was on the estimate). More

Very helpful and easy experience! I originally came to the dealership just to look and test drive a Kia Sportage. This was my first time coming to a dealership to test drive a car, so I originally came to the dealership just to look and test drive a Kia Sportage. This was my first time coming to a dealership to test drive a car, so I wasn’t expecting to find my perfect match right off the bat. I was staying level headed and skeptical through out the experience. Jorge was very patient with me and never threw out forced reasons to go through with the purchase. He let the car speak for itself and only complimented what I had already experienced. I was skeptical after the test drive just because I’m cautious. I was unsure of what to compare the drive to because I’ve only ever driven my Jeep Wrangler and occasionally my mother’s Ford Escape. I told Jorge that I was unsure and I think I need to drive something else in order to compare. He was very understanding and recommended I drive a comparable SUV, the Honda CR-V. I took that vehicle for a test drive and was still unsure although I could tell a difference in the drive. I told him I would appreciate driving the Kia Sportage again in order to fully compare and make a decision. He was again very understanding and we took the Kia out again. Now that I was more comfortable and broken into driving this type of car, I was seeing myself driving this vehicle on a daily basis. I could tell that Jorge cared about me finding a car that I love as opposed to trying to sell me something I wasn’t on the market for. He was very honest, calm, and collected. I appreciate his grounded salesmanship. He helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth and showed me some of the features. Thank you! More

Mike walked me through the car and all of its' features, and really explained all of my questions before I had a chance to even ask them. After all was said and done, they even drove me to the bank! This was the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased from executive Kia, and great staff like Mike and Lou are what has brought us back again and again! Thank you for your great service! More
