I can honestly say that Cristian really set the bar high. From the beginning, Cristian was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was just as helpful online as he was in person. What stood out to me most was how respectful he was of my time. He was always mindful of my schedule, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and made sure I had the information I needed to make decisions comfortably.
