Honest, friendly, low-pressure salesman I visited this dealer to test drive a minivan on their wholesale lot after seeing it advertised online. I was nervous about talking with the salesman because I thought he'd try to sell me something I didn't want or that was more than I wanted to spend. Happily this was not the case. Eric was friendly, explained what a wholesale sale was and let me test drive the van on a very busy Saturday morning. He was honest about the likihood of my getting more from the private sale of my car than from trading it for the van. I appreciated that. We had to go back on Monday to finalize the transaction which was a bit of a nuisance, but we would have had to go back anyway after getting temporary plates from the DMV (wholesale vehicles do not come with 20 day plates or an inspection sticker). So overall not too much of an inconvenience. We paid significantly less than the advertised price. More

2011 Hyundai Sonata I saw a posting for a car online and had my brother call to get more information. I decided to go over the weekend to see the car after making a deposit on it and everything was already set up with Tim, one of the sales people on the floor when I arrived. The car was accurate according to the description online and drove very well. It has also previously passed inspection and had a great rating. Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable in providing all the information we needed to move forward. Only issue I had was with the extra wait time to sign and drive off as only one representative was available for this process and I had a long drive back but Tim was kind enough to show us to the lounge where we could wait with snacks and beverages to finalize the deal. The final sales person, Eric also provided great information about other questions I had regarding the vehicle, showed us various warranty options with great discounts and I was able to pick one that best matched my needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any one else considering a new vehicle, as long as they could make the trip from Jersey to New Hampshire! More
