Good dealership! The service department have issues! I've purchase a Lincoln continental here a couple of years ago and the customer service was good! and they actually beat all the Chicago land pricing! I ordered the select version and they allow me to design it as i like. however they have issues with the service department! I put in for a vehicle pick up service in august, i called over 5 times and they never got back to me! after i called for the 7th time, they finally schedule me a pick up.. and it only took them to November! The service department needs to step up! More

I recommend Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln When I walked into the dealership Efrain was very helpful with showing me the cars that I was interested.
