We worked with Niko Gofron on our purchase and would recommend you do the same. I started the purchase process through the dealership's on-line purchase and financing tools. The internet sales team team contacted me first thing the next morning and answered some basic questions, and set up an appointment at the dealership, When I got to the dealership Niko met me at the door, answered additional questions associated with the vehicle I chose, and hosted a quick test drive. As Niko went through the basic vehicle paperwork, and assisted with setting up Ford Pass, the finance team finalized the financing, the sales agreements, and trade-in paperwork. Badges walked us through the paperwork and answered a couple of outstanding pricing questions. Overall a fairly quick and trouble-free process. In addition, after the sale Niko has followed up to address any further questions related to the Bronco Sport. I would recommend using the dealership's on-line tools as it sets up the basic information needed to complete the paperwork and does streamline the process.
