I bought a Lincoln MKX from Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, IL. What a mistake that was. Once the deal was done, there was no follow up for service or questions. The General Manager (Jim Naperville, IL. What a mistake that was. Once the deal was done, there was no follow up for service or questions. The General Manager (Jimmy) will NOT return calls or response to messages nor will his assistant HA respond to message. Forget the salesman from returning emails or phone calls. If you want after sale service from the dealership go somewhere else. The impression I get is that they are so busy they really don't need to after sales service and don't care they got your money. They may say they care but actions speak louder than words. This is not the best place for customer service. More

Wow! All dealerships should be this professional and courteous. It's clear that the leaders value empathy for the customer. They negotiate like any dealer, but without any nonsense. Overall it the process was fairly smooth. Too much back and forth with changes. Would be better to have specifics shown from the start rather than you coming to an agreement and being brought to finance af and forth with changes. I have bought multiple vehicles from Fair Oaks Ford and continue to come back due to their excellent customer service and service department. I picked up my 2021 F250 a week ago, and Terrell Williams my continue to come back due to their excellent customer service and service department. I picked up my 2021 F250 a week ago, and Terrell Williams my sales person made the process extremely easy. He has since followed up to make sure everything is going great with the truck. Had an issue with setting up Ford Pass and Terrell took the time to help me get set up and working. The customer service he provides is outstanding.
