Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.
Your sales experience here will be different than anything else you will experience at another dealership. Our salespeople know their product and have all been with us for several years. Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

I find the service staff to be professional, courteous and helpful. Recently, I had been having difficulty in turning on the rear window washer. I tried everything and read the owner's manual but to no avail. When I went in for service, I reported my problem and was pleased to find out that the answer was easy. The service consultant showed me what I needed to do and was most pleasant about delivering the message. This is but a small example of what I have come to expect. More

Quick & easy, with a lot of reliability built in! No "good morning, sir", but a cordial "good morning Mr. Fleck", from Taylor Voner. One of the other fine service managers took my paperwork when I arrived without an appointment for my annual inspection He appreciated that I could tell him which slot held my Corolla, and the technician servicing my car did likewise when the work was done. It was a treat having a freshly brewed cup of coffee and cookie while I waited in the busy customer lounge, and the work was finished much sooner that I anticipated. This was an uncomplicated service visit, but I've had similar experiences here when my needs were much more challenging. I'm pleased to recommend Falmouth Toyota whenever I discuss car service. -William Fleck More

I'm a woman and hate the wheeling and dealing (and very complicated deals that make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of) of buying a new car.
