The staff was polite and informative with none of the hard-sell tactics I really dislike. The salesperson, Townsend Wells, was very easy to deal with and made the entire transaction, including trade-in, stress free He thoroughly explained the closing process and walked my wife and I through all of the car's features. He has also followed up regularly to check on our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Falmouth Toyota as the go-to place for car buying. More

Falmouth Toyota is a no stress, quality buying experierence I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry at Falmouth Toyota. This vehicle is the 5th Camry I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota since 1991. The vehicle I traded in was a 1999 Camry with 321,000 miles on it. I cannot say enough about the quality of the vehicles or the service at this dealership. For my first 4 Camrys purchased through Falmouth Toyota, I dealt exclusively with Matt Murphy. So, when it was time to buy my 5th, I never hesitated. I went right back to Matt, who also introduced me to John O'Keeffe. Matt and I spoke about what it was I was looking for this time around and what would suit my current driving needs. Sure enough, I was put in the right car right off the bat for a test drive with John. John answered all my questions regarding the updated features of the 2009 over my trade-in and the test drive went great. I went back to Matt and we immediately agreed on the price for the car. No haggling! Matt and I were of the exact same mind as to the price. I bought the car right on the spot and did the financing portion with Amy Killoran. I briefly spoke to Amy about what I expected for an interest rate and she went back to her desk, looked around at the multiple financing institutions they deal with and found exactly what I was expecting. Falmouth Toyota service then did a final "once over" on the car to make sure it looked brand new when I drove it off the lot when I picked it up 2-3 days later. John O'Keeffe also had the car inspected, registered it and transferred my old plates to the new car. You will never have a better car buying experience than at Falmouth Toyota. I know, for myself, I will always come back to Falmouth Toyota based on the relationship built with Matt Murphy all those years ago. More

They are knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy and fair. They don't waste your time, and they never make you feel as though you're wasting theirs. There's never any of the unpleasant hassle people resent (and rightly so!) from other dealerships. It's just not a tactic Falmouth Toyota needs to use - why would they, when mutual respect and professionalism work so well! We've also had excellent, long-standing experience with the service department. The staff are efficient, speedily responsive to any concerns, and always fair, friendly and nice.
