I started off the search for my life-long dream Tacoma online. I ended up getting a response from Keith first, when I emailed my questions about a custom "wants and needs" vehicle. He explained the lease option to me, which immediately had my attention and shortly after I was contacted by Ian, who described himself as being a little more apt to help with the customization I was looking for. He priced out exactly what I wanted and I was ready to make a visit to the dealership. Upon my arrival, with my 7 year old in tote, I was introduced to Townsend whom explained that he would be handling the actual lease/sale from here on out. This was a great concept to me already.... work with a group of experts each in their own area. Townsend thoroughly explained how the lease would work and I gave him a monthly price I wanted to be at; in which shortly after he came back almost $50 below. I was thrilled. I ordered the truck and the wait process for them to find the base model to add the accessories to for my "custom built" truck began. Shortly after I was making the appointment with Townsend to pick up my 2014 Tacoma DCSB Off Road package 6sp manual, w/accessories picked by me. I was told upon my arrival with Townsend that I was yet again, further below my projected monthly price by another $40/month. A few signatures later, I was climbing in to my new truck driving off the lot. This was indeed the best sales experience I have ever had. Everyone that was involved from Falmouth Toyota was 100% confident in their work. I will continue to purchase vehicles and recommend others I know, to purchase from Falmouth Toyota. More

Like most peple we justed wanted a good value for the vehicle we had chosen. However most dealers that we visited would embelish upon the savings they offered and present deals that had many hidden fees and agendas; some even would lower the price only to add fees in at the end to surpass the original price. We were recommended to Falmouth Toyota by a very trusted friend who said' " Good honest people there". We met Anthony (Mgr) upon our initial visit and he was extremely honest and fostered a stress free relaxed atmosphere. The purchase was very openly explained and he made some very knowledgable suggestions ( that we took advantage of) which allowed us to feel a bit at ease knowing he was thinking of our best interest. Since customer service is very important to us, we are excited to know that we formed a relationship with a great dealership. We are very excited about our new camry and we will recommend our friends and family to Falmouth Touyota if they need any vehicle needs. Living on the Vineyard it's not that easy to jump in the car and go car car shopping, so I did my leg work on the internet. I found what I wanted. I called falmouth toyota and spoke to Coby Signs. I told him hated I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and, what I expected for my wife's 2003 Camry. Coby called me back within the hour what could be done but obviously would have to see the Camry before I could get a fair trade in price. Fortunately I was able to get a boat reservation for the next morning to get get the Camry off island. Called Coby and told him I would be there the next morning. When I Got to Falmouth Toyota, Coby was waiting and already had a 2014 Tacoma Quad Cab Short Bed waiting for me to test drive. I was very impressed. We took the Tacoma out for a drive while the service dept. took the Camry out for a drive. When we got back Cody asked I liked the truck or would I like to see something else. I felt no pressure to take this particular truck but, as he explained all the extras, I really liked it. I turned to Cody and said " how do we get this done". After everything was done I ended up getting a better price for my wife's Camry than I expected, lower monthly payments and not a penny out of my pocket and now my wife is driving my 2011 RAV4. My husband and I loved the customer service we received at this dealership! It was late in the day and Anthony and Amy gave us the same attention they would as if they just opened. We NEVER felt rushed because they wanted to go home at the end of the day... Instead they took their time explaining everything about the car and answered all our questions. I do want to add that we stopped at another dealership prior to visiting Falmouth Toyota as per request of our son (who will be eligible to drive this fall) because he wanted "to check out a car"... And so we did... We walked around and were interested in a car, talked to a sales person, test drove the car and were ready to buy the car as well, which is something we do not do so spontaneous... We got the paperwork rolling and were appalled by the high documentation fee of this dealership. Of course it was not revealed until the end. This was a deal breaker for us and we proceeded to Falmouth Toyota. Anthony showed us everything up front and pointed out all the optional add on's which some of them we chose to add... No surprise fees at the end. Everything was clearly explained by Anthony. Our experience with Falmouth Toyota was very pleasant and we will recommend this dealership to friends and family... More

There is no pressure, they provide you with everything you need to know to make your decision and then let you take your time to do it. They don't try to sell you something you don't want just because it's what they have on the lot. They don't play games with price on your trade in or on the new vehicle. I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles on Cape Cod, having had a great experience with my 2011 Avalon Limited. I was looking for I had been researching new Toyota Avalon Hybrid vehicles on Cape Cod, having had a great experience with my 2011 Avalon Limited. I was looking for 2013 leftover hybrid vehicles and I discovered two dealers who had them within a 75 mile radius of my home. The two were McGee Toyota in Hanover and Falmouth Toyota. I had done the Consumer Reports research and having had two previous Avalons, was not only aware of the vehicle, but was satisfied. I was interested in the Hybrid for obvious reasons, and was comparing dealership offerings on their respective websites. I started at McGee because they had a Hybrid 2013 touring edition at the same price as Falmouth's 2013 Hybrid XLE. I should have know right there that there was an issue. I contacted McGee and spoke with Channing, the internet Sales Manager. They had to return my call to see if the car was still in stock. Upon calling back, they informed me that it was in stock, and we set up an appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrived at their dealership, they transferred me to a new salesperson. I informed him that I too was a salesman, and that I just wanted bottom line, without the ever annoying good cop bad cop routing of multiple visits to the Sales Manager. He returned to give me his best price which was $6,000 higher than the internet price. When I questioned him, he doubted the price and we looked online together to verify that I was correct. He danced around the issue to inform me that I would have to qualify for every possible rebate and incentive, including new college graduate, etc. I informed him that I was headed to Falmouth Toyota to buy a similar car. Frankly, he could of cared less, except to say if Falmouth doesn't work out come back! Fat chance of that ever happening. After that terrible customer service experience with McGee Toyota, I made a call to Falmouth. Jack Moloney who I had spoken to earlier in the week was not on, but his associate Craig Kinney was available. I was met at the door by a very pleasant gentlemen, Tom (who happens to be the owner's son, working the door greeting!) who led me to Craig. I told Craig of my situation and asked immediately if their internet prices were bottom line, or like the, in my opinion, unethical folks at McGee, laced with unobtainable incentives and rebates. He assured me immediately that the internet price was indeed the sales price! He was not surprised at my story, I guess it happens more than a few times. Craig was a consummate professional, introducing me to both Matt Murphy, General Sales Manager and Tom Murphy, both of whom are the owner's sons. Craig set me up with a test drive while they appraises my car, and when I returned, I was presented with the bottom line price along with a very acceptable trade value for my vehicle. We made the deal immediately! I optioned body side moldings and made an appointment to pick the car up in a few days. Yesterday I went to pick up the car, and met Jack Moloney, whom I first met over the phone. Jack was personable, friendly and very attuned the his clients needs. Both Jack and Craig are professional, friendly, and are excellent examples of fair and honest salesmen. The entire Falmouth Toyota team obviously takes their reputation very seriously, and have little room for lack of ethics in their industry. They all apologized the situation at another Toyota dealership, and assured me that the experience with Falmouth Toyota would be one of trust and honesty. I believe that all consumers just want to be treated with respect and I feel that the entire Team at Falmouth Toyota embodied that. I can recommend them wholeheartedly and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More
From the time I entered the dealership I felt as if I had reconnected with old friends. From the young lady cleaning the snow in the lot to the persons inside the show room I was greeted warmly. Not once did I hear the words "let me talk to my manager". Coby was easy to work with and I would recommend him any time. The same with Ray. Amy explained everything carefully and completely. After an unpleasant dealing with another Toyota dealer, I ended up contacting Falmouth Toyota for a certified used Sequoia , Their pricing, fees and honest and friendly attitude, lead me to drive over 300 m ended up contacting Falmouth Toyota for a certified used Sequoia , Their pricing, fees and honest and friendly attitude, lead me to drive over 300 miles (one way ) from my home to their dealership, The Falmouth's financing agent Amy was extremely helpful and organized both over the phone and in person, and Craig, my salesman, made sure I knew everything I needed to ,or wanted to know about the vehicle before he programed my Bluetooth. It was nice to leave( with a full tank of gas) happy and excited about my purchase, then to feel sucker punched by a dealership that haggles you on price and fees . More
