I worked with Brian and he answered questions and explained things very clearly. I chose to finance a portion of the sale and that too was very clearly explained and the process very easy. i highly recommend working with Brian Nascarella and Falmouth Toyota. i feel I got a good deal and I can easy see why they are held in high regards with their service and reputation. This was our first visit to Falmouth Toyota. We were just beginning the search for a car to replace a much loved Buick Lesabre which, unfortunately, isn't made anymore. Car shopping is one of our least just beginning the search for a car to replace a much loved Buick Lesabre which, unfortunately, isn't made anymore. Car shopping is one of our least favorite activities and we researched online beforehand to try and make the usual, horrendous process easier. Our long time mechanic had suggested we test drive a Camry since he felt it would offer similar comfort, etc. as our Lesabre. After reading a positive review of Falmouth Toyota and sales manager, Anthony Spagone we decided to head over to the dealership and test drive a Camry. From the time we walked in the door and met Mr. Spagone we immediately relaxed. He sat with us and went over their process and then introduced us to our salesperson, Townsend Wells. Townsend was patient, knowledgeable and showed us new and previously owned vehicles. There was absolutely no pressure to buy 'new' vs. used and he and Anthony provided us with all the 'figures' on paper so we could compare and make a decision with all the facts in front of us. We decided on a 2012 Camry XLE which had low mileage and was in pristine condition and to use our Buick as a trade. The entire process went smoothly without any foolish running back and forth with sale price numbers as often happens in dealerships. Townsend kept us informed and also has made follow-up calls. The financing was also very efficient. Peter Cavicchi the dealership's Business Manager is also a professional, patiently taking us through the process, giving us all needed information and choices without any pressure. It is unusual for us to write a review for a car dealership and their employees but since the experience was such a positive one we thought it would be nice to let others know that there are dealerships out there that are fair and honest to work with. We would definitely recommend Falmouth Toyota and it is why we have given the high ratings. If you decide to make a visit ask for Anthony Spagone and Townsend Wells and Peter Cavicchi for financing. The only issue we ran across in the purchase of this The only issue we ran across in the purchase of this vehicle was that Mark F. indicated that the 2013 RAV4 XLE came with the Sirius The only issue we ran across in the purchase of this vehicle was that Mark F. indicated that the 2013 RAV4 XLE came with the Sirius XM radio package. After I took delivery we discovered that this was not the case!! The only option so far is to add a separate satellite receiver with the associated wires, peripherals, etc. that will not operate conveniently through the existing radio speakers. Not what I really want to do is spend more $ on an option that was thought to be included and clutter the dash with the receiver. Mark made an honest error and has been very helpful along with John in an attempt to rectify this situation but the fact remains I'm not eager to purchase a separate receiver and have it installed in the vehicle. I understand Toyota "may be" coming out with a integrated SirriusXM add-on in the near future however, if/when that becomes a viable option I will still ruminate with the current alternative. More
Bought a 2006 4runner a week ago and so far seems to be a great truck. Jack and Ken were very easy to deal with during the process. Ken drives the same truck, different year so he was intimately familiar with the functions and continued to give me tips even after I commited to the purchase. He even called me yesterday to see how the truck was treating me and if I had any issues. Even thought I live in RI I would drive back to Falmouth to buy again. More

Knowledgeable, honest & respectful - especially of my budget! As a women I brace myself for a "bad" experience & aggressive salesmen as soon as I walk in the door. There was none of that! Jack was personable, he actually listened to what I wanted, didn't pressure me in any way. He allowed me to drive as many vehicles as I wanted & felt I needed to. I was looking for a used vehicle & at other dealerships, salesmen treated me as if it was a waste of their time to work with me because I wasn't buying new or leasing. Jack wasn't like that. He didn't insult me or try & sell me a car or items I didn't want or need but more importantly, he allowed me to take my time in making my decision. He explained the "negotiation process" to me and introduced me to the GM, Matt Murphy. Through the entire process Jack & Matt were honest & patient, taking the time to show and explain the costs involved in the purchase. Initially we couldn't agree on a price within my budget. Both Matt & Jack didn't insult my intelligence, didn't pressure me, offered me options & when I felt I just wasn't ready to make the purchase, allowed me to leave, again without insulting me or pressuring me. They respected my need to take my time and think about the offer we discussed. I needed to do this and had I been treated any differently, I never would have come back. The end result is that I was able to purchase a vehicle in excellent condition at what I feel is an excellent value with a terrific warranty! Jack made the entire process as smooth as possible - doing all the paperwork & working with my schedule. My car was immaculate & ready for me when promised! As before, Jack came through again, explaining all necessary paperwork to me and walking me through the vehicle before I drove away. Matt took the time to come out & thank me as well. I could not have hoped for or received a better experience! I will definitely return when needed to have my car service at Falmouth Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! Thanks again Jack & Matt! I was looking for a 2014 Tundra. Visited one dealer (McGee) who had an amazingly low price on their website. When it came time to talk numbers they became cagey about sales price and only offered a ran (McGee) who had an amazingly low price on their website. When it came time to talk numbers they became cagey about sales price and only offered a range of several thousand dollars for my trade. Spent two weeks trying to get real figures from them. While waiting, I went to Falmouth Toyota and spoke with Jack & Anthony. Even though they didnt have the model I wanted in stock they gave me a fair value for my trade. They advised they could not sell a Tundra for the price advertised by McGee, no one could, and suggested I contact McGee and jump on the deal. Needless to say McGee still wouldn't discuss hard figures. I returned to Falmouth Toyota who gave me a fair price on a Tundra and did some horse trading to get one for me. To make the deal even sweeter, Peter in finance was able to get me a lower rate than Toyota offered allowing me go qualify for an additional cash discount. In summary, a great, no pressure experience. I WILL sing the praises of Falmouth Toyota to anyone who will listen. Thank you Jack, Anthony & Peter for going the extra mile. More

His presentation was professional, with no pressure to by or lease any particular car. His enthusiastic approach made our decision to lease another Avalon an easy one. All of the people we came in contact with at the dealership could not have been more pleasant. Thanks for the seamless way your staff handled all of the necessary paper work of closing out our old lease and initiating the new one. More
I was in the market for a new Toyota. I did not have the time to travel from dealership to dealership or the patience for the "sales games". My research began on the internet for the vehicle that met my needs. Armed with the advertised prices from 4 dealerships I contacted the sales managers from the 4 closest dealerships to me. All four dealerships responded to my request for the best price they could give me for the Toyota I wanted, but that is where the commonalities ended. Sullivan Bros Toyota could not match the prices advertised at two of the other dealerships and did not take the time to explain why, even though I explained that I would purchase from the dealership that could give me the best price in writing and stand behind it. Boch Toyota had a low advertised price and provided paperwork to support the advertised price but would not budge from that price without "my coming in and talking with them to make sure I liked the vehicle". I explained that I had no intention traveling to multiple dealerships and the only dealership that I walked into would be the one that could meet my criteria and I would be in to purchase, simple as that. They continued to invite me to come in and meet with them, drive the vehicle, see "my new car", none of which I intended to do. McGhee Toyota was even more disappointing. Their advertised price was well below all the other prices, for the same vehicle. When I asked for the best deal they stated that it was their advertised price. Then I asked for the price in the form of a quote and I was told that they could not email the sticker, despite asking for a quote not a sticker. I was emailed a list of options included with the car followed by the statement: "And our lowest advertised price is still 28,850 plus the taxes and fees." When I asked if the "advertised price" was the price I would pay, and stated " I'm looking for a quote in writing. I don't think it is much to ask if you want me to purchase a vehicle from you. " The reply came back: "Actually with the rebates and incentives changing on this car, you would be around our invoice for this car, which is 33.7K." Nearly $5,000 dollars more when I held him to putting it in writing Finally, my dealings with Falmouth Toyota: I found Anthony to be honest and forthcoming. He explained what his price was, what it included above invoice and how he could discount it. He further explained how and why the other dealers "advertised prices" differed from his. He foretold the dealings with the above dealerships as the situations unfolded. He invited me to purchase from the "advertised priced " dealership if they could deliver as promised, they could not. So I walked into Falmouth Toyota yesterday, picked out the vehicle I wanted to purchase and purchased it. No changes to pre-negotiated agreements, no surprises, just make a purchase. Its really a simple transaction, pick out a vehicle, agree upon a price and purchase it. It's not rocket science if you purchase from individuals that have respect for you and your time and do not try to trick you into something. I settled with a new Rav 4 and much lower payments and still have the SUV feel that I was used to. Again Amy was extreally proficient yet friendly and most helpful. This was the 1st time that I went car shopping without a husband and I was nervous about doing so. Jack immediately put me at ease and made the experience a very happy one !
