Didn't want to negotiate, and I told Falmouth Toyota what I wanted to pay, they found me a car I wanted, an option I could work with, and a payment that was no more than I wanted. My girlfriend then seeing all this wonderful interaction from Falmouth Toyota, decided to get a Toyota as well. More

It all happened surprisingly fast, so perhaps I was not as attentive as I should have been, esp. in terms of "what does Certified Pre-Owned include?". The trade if of my two older vehicles was handled easily as was my taking receipt of the 'new' (for me at least) vehicle. I should have checked out the tires more closely, should have examined the interior features as to what WAS as well as NOT included. But, I have no second thoughts. Ronnie is a very personable, respectful person, esp. as a salesperson, had he not been that way I would not have gone thru with this transaction.
