It all happened surprisingly fast, so perhaps I was not as attentive as I should have been, esp. in terms of "what does Certified Pre-Owned include?". The trade if of my two older vehicles was handled easily as was my taking receipt of the 'new' (for me at least) vehicle. I should have checked out the tires more closely, should have examined the interior features as to what WAS as well as NOT included. But, I have no second thoughts. Ronnie is a very personable, respectful person, esp. as a salesperson, had he not been that way I would not have gone thru with this transaction. He told me about options in the car that I never knew existed. This car is the best one that I have ever bought. Of course I say that about the other Toyota's I've owned. I left Toyota once, and it will never happen again. What a mistake! I have a couple of excellent service experiences with Falmouth Toyota. My wife & I just had an excellent sales experience - no pressure, relaxed, open conversation - explained the features of the new car versus those of the car we would trade-in. Brian explained the pricing - all aspects & options - we understand the finances. Anthony's inspection of our trade-in was fair - no problems. This was the most relaxed auto sales experience we have ever had - going back to the early 1960's. More

New Car Experience My husband contacted Falmouth Toyota to find a particular Make and Model of the FJ Cruiser. He had located it at another dealer and was told by Ian at My husband contacted Falmouth Toyota to find a particular Make and Model of the FJ Cruiser. He had located it at another dealer and was told by Ian at Falmouth Toyota that they could add it to their inventory so that we could test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. We came into the dealership on a Friday afternoon to test drive the vehicle. We liked the model and were planning to purchase it. At this point we were introduced to Jack [who enjoyed discussing himself and his life a great deal more than the vehicle he was selling] and Anthony [the sales manager]. Anthony requested a particular document[s] regarding our trade and a payoff. It was agreed at that time that I would fax these documents to Anthony from home and we would move forward. My husband spoke with Ian Saturday afternoon and communicated to him that we were interested and we were waiting on one of the documents [requested by Anthony]. Ian communicated that this should be fine and that they would expect the documents on Monday. On Monday we faxed to Anthony the two documents requested and a credit application [he further requested] at that time. I faxed the credit application to him with a written request that it NOT be submitted until all parties had approved the terms of the deal. Anthony did not communicate back or return our messages for a return call. On Tuesday my husband was informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer out of state. It later came to my attention that a credit application was run without my authorization AND that it was distributed to unauthorized persons at the dealership. This entire process was handled in an unprofessional and unethical manner. I would not return to this dealership, nor would I refer them to anyone. More
