The least stressful car buying experience we have ever had from start to finish. It was actually enjoyable! The dealership gave us good value for our trade-in and quoted us a good fair price for the vehicle we decided to purchase - without stressful haggling. Peter (business manager) was very pleasant and we even got better financing than what was advertised. And to top it off - on our request - they had the car ready for delivery just a few hours after we decided to purchase. We would highly recommend this dealership! More

I thought I would give Falmouth Toyota a try, based in part on their radio ads that seemed to be the opposite of the "typical" radio advertising. I am attracted to talk of loyalty and integrity more than "screaming and shouting" in car dealership ads. By chance I encountered Jim Renehan for my consultant (I was interested in leasing a Corolla) and I'm glad I did. Quite frankly, Jim's whole demeanor and approach came across as "real" and honest. I felt like he was a person I could work with in the often uncomfortable experience of obtaining a car. So much did his style and who he is impress me that I determined I would work with him exclusively rather than take my typical approach of shopping the best deal among competing dealerships. I told him I was doing a very unthinkable thing - trusting my sales consultant at an auto dealership to give me the best deal that I otherwise would have found if I shopped around myself!! My "comfort factor" with Jim was great, and as we know, this is half the battle. I really wish that more dealerships would do what at first seems counter-intuitive, but what I am convinced leads to more sales over the long term - namely - reduce the pressure and need to close the deal NOW and instead INVEST in a relationship based on trust and honesty that leads to more sales over the LONG TERM. It takes courage and vision to make this leap. It doesn't appear that a lot of dealerships do it. Falmouth Toyota, however, gave me this impression, and for that they have earned my repeat business in the future. Perhaps the best compliment I can give to Jim Renehan is that I will definitely seek him out specifically for future purchases at Falmouth Toyota. And I love the way he took extra time with my daughter after the sale to explain to her the features of our new car. More

In driving away in our new Highlander we were trying to think of how this dealership sets itself apart from all the others - we decided it was the philosophy which begins with the owner and is carried out by each and every employee from business manager, to sales, to service. The philosophy becomes a foundation where peoples individual talents only add to the experience. Sure little issues popped up at we could have made bigger but because we were dealing with such nice supportive people it was easy to let go. As I said, this is our third Highlander - we "strayed between #2 and #3- but we are back! We are delighted! We are Toyota people! More

I initially went in planning on a Camry, but later changed my mind to a Rav4 because I wanted the AWD option. I test drove one at a different dealer that was closer to my house, loved it, and called J changed my mind to a Rav4 because I wanted the AWD option. He responded within the hour with a car that he located and a quote that was extremely fair. Done deal. Everything was smooth and easy, no hassles and I love my car. He takes the time to explain everything and patiently "walked me through" how everything worked in my new Venza! He was great at teaching me how to use my new touch screen radio, and even programmed my phone into the car for me! He is awesome!
