Most of the interaction was done via email which was positive. When I called at 6:30pm to come in to test drive the vehicle, Dave seemed more concerned that I would be done by 8pm as he said 3 times in positive. When I called at 6:30pm to come in to test drive the vehicle, Dave seemed more concerned that I would be done by 8pm as he said 3 times in the conversation that the dealership closed at 8pm and would I be able to get to dealership in time. Townsend handled the emails. He did email me to postpone picking up the vehicle due to projected traffic in area which did not make sense. Tom Murphy did call me after seeing my email reply stating I did not want to postpone the pickup and he agreed to make it happen later that day. Townsend called me later to ask that I be at the dealership closer to 4pm so he could make his child care obligations. These were things I did not think needed to be put onto the customer. My wife and I did get to dealership by 4:15pm and we still needed to wait for paperwork, etc. Townsend also asked that we come back for the second key as he could only locate one. We requested that he find or make one and he did comply. I am still waiting for the follow up phone call that Townsend said he would make a week ago to check on how I was doing with the vehicle. On the postive side, he was personable and there was no sales pressure from any of the staff. More

Jack Moloney did a great job answering all our questions and helping find the right car for us. He did not pressure us, but followed up "inobtrusively". Once we reached an agreement, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He made the often-challenging task of buying a car less painful than it has been in the past. We had a minor issue with the panel over the airbag right after we got the car, but Jack was quick to take care of it for us. He also called us to let us know that he found the floor mats and an extra remote key and valet key for our car. We really appreciated that, since we know from past experience how $$ they are to replace if one is broken or lost! Unfortunately, the sound system went out on us 2 days later. After squeezing us into their schedule and checking it out, Rusty said they'd order us a new one. Even though it is disappointing not to have the sound system and bluetooth for a few weeks, we are pleased that Falmouth Toyota has been so responsive. All in all, so far our experiences have been very positive, and we'd recommend that others stop by and see Jack. More

The entire deal to trade in my 2009 Toyota Rav4 lease for a 2012 Toyota Rav4 lease was done on the phone in two days. The service and customer commitment I was given was above excellent. We came to your dealership with the idea of replacing a 2005 Avalon with a newer SUV with lower mileage. We had in mind a Lexus RX 350 we'd seen in an email from your dealership; we'd purchased the Avalon 2005 Avalon with a newer SUV with lower mileage. We had in mind a Lexus RX 350 we'd seen in an email from your dealership; we'd purchased the Avalon a few years ago when auto dealers were accepting "clunkers" in trade. We were looking for a vehicle that we could drive (in comfort) to Florida next winter. We drove the Lexus and really liked it, but we couldn't accept the difference between what you'd give for the Avalon and what we'd have to pay for the Lexus. As we talked to Ron he explained that we could get both comfort and mileage and cargo space with a generation 3 Prius. Maureen drove one while I rode in the back seat. She loved the drivability of the Prius and I was most impressed with the amount of legroom and headroom in this hybrid. It had all the bells and whistles we were looking for except power seats and because it had been a lease car it bore very low mileage and the price with trade-in was a lot more in line with what we wanted to spend out-of-pocket. Falmouth Toyota noted that the auto had a defective rear bumper, gave us a loaner and replaced the bumper with a brand new factory produced bumper. It couldn't have been any easier! Friendly, helpful sales and service. More impressive now than when we'd originally purchased the Avalon in 2009. Convenient location on Rte 28 too. No hassles. More
