My wife, two-year old daughter and I went to Falmouth Toyota after having previously purchased cars from Hyannis Toyota. We went in looking for information and left the proud new owners of a Certified P Toyota after having previously purchased cars from Hyannis Toyota. The Dealership was understated and intimate compared to the palaces other manufacturers are building in the area. I hope Toyota doesn't make the Murphys go the way of other local dealerships and require them to spend a fortune to fix a dealership that doesn't need fixing. Anthony Spagone was awesome, not only in the way he treated my wife and I, but also with how patient he was with our daughter who wanted nothing more than to steal every last one of his business cards! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We look forward to dealing with Anthony in a few years when we look to upgrade our Yaris. Matt Murphy, the Dealer's GM, came over to chat with my wife for a bit about her expeience thus far and even dropped off an activity book for our little diva! Once we decided we wanted to purchase a car that day, the process was smooth and efficient. And Amy Killoran? Please ... fabulous! In the end, we really felt like everyone we spoke to at the dealership wanted to earn our business rather than just expecting that it was theirs because we walked in the front door. I guess the sound bite would be, "the price was right, the trade allowance was more than fair and the people were fantastic." We enjoyed the experience so much that we will be bringing our other Toyota to Falmouth Toyota for all of its future service needs. More

I recently purchased a pre-owned Toyato Camry from Falmouth Toyota. After shopping on line and visiting other dealers (Toyota and other car brands), I finaly settle with Falmouth Toyota. The salesman David Digravio was a true profesional, took his time to give me a test drive, was never pushing for a salelike many others do. Once the paperwork, financing (2.9% APR) was ready, I simply took a bus to the Bourne Bridge bus stop where an employee picked me up on time and drove me back to the dealer. After a few signatures and a couple of detailed explanations (20minutes), I drove off with a beautiful looking like new pre-owned vehicle. Falmouth Toyota stands for its reputation. I was told many times by friends and co-workers about it and this obviously true. I am planning to service my car there and If I ever decide to buy another Toyota vehicle, I will choose Falmouth Toyota. A.M. More
